One of the buffer companies is selling a shim set that allows you to use a complete Bulgarian set up on a Romanian barrel.

I found one of the elusive, factory 22mm Romanian front sight bases. Need something to screw on to it.

As many manufacturers, machinists, etc. as we have on this board,
why is nobody making these for us. I need one too. We should be able to buy these things in the EE for $20 bucks a dozen. |

Well, I called Global since their web page has it 22mm on the US Parts page, and 24mm on the muzzle brake page, both #A-560. They can't give me an answer after many min on hold, failed transfer....

I guess I waited over a year for the correct FSB, I can wait another for the 22mm muzzlebrake. What's the hurry anyways?

I had spoken to Global a while back and they told me that their source for the 22mm brakes was not going to make them anymore. They only have the 24mm ones. |
