..here's a pic of my PTR-91 and Arsenal SAS M-7.  I've been here a month and really enjoy the AK forums.  I've learned alot and am patiently awaiting my first thousand rounds of Barnaul 7.62...

I followed the link though nice guns. How does the PTR shoot? I'm going to give building up a G3 clone a shot soon.

thanks, Taipan...I guess Pbase and AK47 just don't like each other hinking.gif The PTR shoots straight but it's a heavy beast; the AK and G3 clone are exact opposites.  I almost got a collapsing stock for it last weekend, but I resisted!

What kind of accuracy are you getting? I'm toying with the idea of useing the JLD 24" bull barrel.

indoors at 75 yards -> less than 1 inch groups; outdoors at 100 yds -> 2 inches... its an 18 inch target barrel, so a 24" would help with accuracy
