R_F, I have to agree this grobinson2 aka Thanks, Glennn is a hoot. He's definitely the "official unofficial spokesperson" for JoeKen. I figure when they feel they no longer need him standing up for them, he'll get crummy service again and much like the French, return to his disgruntled, dissatisfied status where he started...
