 It could be the high altitude recon version of the BF-109 German fighter used during WWII.
Probably had no armament to lighten the load and a longer wing to give it higher altitude capabilities.

Or it just might be a SAR-1 in disguise...

It is a wasr converted to hicap and fixed up by ORF.

it is a wasr converted to hi cap and also has polymer furniture and a shortened barrel with a brake on it
I have one and its quite nice
all it needs now is a really nice trigger group
to complete it and a red dot...if i can ever get my hands on the russian one
