I have a sam 7 carbine that is compliant with the AWB of 94, purchased in 2003.  It does not have a threaded barrel or bayonet lug, and came with a 5 round mag.  Is this configuration compliant in all 50 states?  I am going to list it for sale and want to make sure it is compliant before someone from a ban state like NY or CA start asking me questions.  I also have some pre 1994 metal 30 rd mags, can they be sold with the rifle if it is sold to a ban state?

Should be legal in every state except CA and CT in that configuration.
