Hi everyone.  I live in the great state of CA . Anyways as you may or may not know, there
are offlist lowers available for a short time here.  I picked up an AR-15 receiver but I would also like to get an AK receiver.  There are 2 to choose from, a Yugo folder and a Budget AKM standard.  That is the only info I have on the receivers.  

I am looking to build a pretty normal looking AK-47.  Are both of those receivers good?  

Which one will give me more options in terms of building it, or would be easier to build?  

Can the Yugo folder be built into a fixed-stock?
