I am looking for US made 14mm thread muzzle brakes. Only thing I could find was Globals but was wondering if anyone has AK74 style ones.

why would you want a source of breakage for an AK?
or do you mean muzzle BRAKES?

The 14mm pattern models I see are usually with 4 holes directing to the paddles and 2 holes venting up, but no internal baffle. Ober and I found these to be about half as effective as the true 74 pattern.

IM Mbsk01. He's the resident AK parts whore. As soon as anything shows up on the EE, you can bet he's snagged it.
Just kidding. Check the EE early and often.

I have a US made 74 brake that I purchased for my SAR 1. I ended up going to the slant brake. It is from Brownells I think. I will sell it for $15 shipped. I did enlarge the opening on the end just a bit.
