Those look like knock-off HSGI Tacos, certainly less expensive.
That style of mag pouch seems to be able to handle most types of magazines without issues.

Yeah they area Russian brand. I have used them for AK and AR mags without any issues. I mainly use them for the AK though as Esstac are my got AR pouches. I also have their subgun pouches for the Stribog and Scorpion which are good as well.

I got two of these to go on an old Tactical Tailor MAV that I had laying around. Horrible name (Excellent Elite Spanker, LMAO), but they seem to be well made and are one of the very few pouches I could find that are actually made for AK mags, not re-purposed .308 pouches. They make them in singles, doubles and triples.
They work for AK, AK-74, Galil, FAL, G3, AR.....that's all I've used my rig for.

I have a Specter Gear dual mag pouch with adjustable flaps that work well for both AR and AK mags. Found it at a local surplus store as Specter for whatever reason only sells slings now.
