Are these decent mags?  Do you like them more than the Romanian?

Are you sure they are Polish? As far as I know, Poland only made steel mags with a black enamel finish and "slabside" polymer mags.

Look at the circle stamp marks on the locking tabs... those are not on my Polish steel mags...

Anyone have an idea what these are?

Those are spot welds that have taken a diffent shade of the park solution due to the different temper of the metal from the spot weld process. Not noticed on blued and painted mags.
