Once you have your AK(s) all clean, what do you use for lubrication and where?

Best regards, J

tetra grease for moving part such as the rail, the bolt carrier, and along the magazine intake section.  i put some one the magazine release device also.

i usually pour 2 teaspoons worth of mobil 1 synthetic oil down the barrel.  the oil will lube the barrel up the best way.  a lot of oil will run through the receiver and lube everthing in sight.  about 1 teaspoon will make it way out the back of the receiver.  this is where a nice rag come in.  i wipe the oil off and use this excess oil to wipe the exterior of the gun.  the gun will be very oil, too oily to touch.  this is how i like my gun to be.  i dont take chance with rust.  i put the gun in the tactical bag then.  a few days later, i take it out and use a paper towel a wipe the gun dry.  there will be some oil inside the case,  but it will act as extra lube when i put the gun back in.
