I am starting a Yugo Underfolder build, I was thinking of MIG welding instead of riveting. Any opinions/tips would be appreciated.

Use 1/4 inch holes on the receiver to plug weld.....Same number as you would have for rivets.
On the front trunnion just go alittle behind the holes closer to the mag well ..
Rear trunnion is easier..
Being a good welder makes a BIG differance.....
And OF COURSE you are being Cali legal on your build besides the fed 922
parts count.....

Of course.

Are there any sites that may have diagrams of this welding proceedure?

Thanks.
