I bought one for that price. It works pretty good.

However it took a LONG time to get it. I ordered 12/23, shipped 12/28, received it mid January and there was parts missing. (I believe UPS had something to do with it)

Bottle Jack
Arbor plate
and some nuts and bolts

It took a week after receiving my press to get the bottle jack. 2 days ago I received the missing arbor plate. Finally today I got the last of the missing parts (some bolts). HF came through... It just took a long time.
