Can you get an underfolder or side folder stock set with rear trunion block to make that type of rifle on a Romy fixed stock kit?  I see surplus under & side folder stock sets with rear trunions around and wouldn't it be cheaqper to build one that way vs getting an underfolder kit?  I know you'd have to replace the front furniture for the underfolder, what else?

Since I don't know, this is the place to ask

Thanks guys,
Kyle

Yes, you can put almost anything on the rear end of a Romanian kit. For the underfolder, as mentioned, you might as well just get a complete kit (Yugo or Polish). You won't save much buying a kit and then an underfolder. If you want a 74 side folder for your Romanian, you have no choice, but to purchase just the folder. You won't find a 7.62 kit with a triangular folder. Have you thought about just getting a Romy or EG wire folder. It seems a bunch just arrived.

Cool, thanks for the input guys.  I'll probably end up getting an underfolder kit and go from there .
