All depends on your budget... the Yugo M92 kits would make great pistols while the AMD-65 kits make nice pistols as well... There are other kits that show up now and then but the Yugo M92 is about the only one that is available in the retail market but lots of other options in the private resale market...

AMD 65 kit last year, takeoff Saiga handguard fits great (think $15 from Chris at ak-103.com)
