This is the underfolder trunion I got with my Polish kit... I guess they don't centerpunch the rivets before drilling.
 If I do a good rivet job, will I have to worry about the trunion wobbling around in the receiver, or should I weld the holes shut and re-drill? |

I would probably weld up the front top one. The others don't look bad.

You'll probably be ok. Rivets will expand and should fill in the egg shaped hole.

Do you have a welder handy? I would weld in that badly egged hole and reshape it. Why not if you have easy access to a welder. It would only take a minute. If not I would think you would be just find riveting it like it is. It's not like all the holes are bad.
