I haven't play with one yet, so you might want to get Armalite on the phone!!!
The stock is listed as being A-1 length so you would figure that it would take the standard longer buffers and springs.  With the distance that you are binding up, either something is stuck in the back of the tube section, or it uses a carbine buffer and spring.  |

I believe it takes carbine springs and buffer.

+1 Cav Arms lowers use Carbine Buffer & Springs!

the spring is 12.5inch and the buffer is 6 inch long .now are these carbine or rifle?

You have the full lenght(A-1, A-2) buffer and spring. |
