It is threaded just like all of my other rifles, even when put in a vice it will not budge. I even tried a pipe wrench and it will not move.... Do they use some sort of super locktite? What is going on here?

you've tried clamping the wrench flats in a vise and turning with the pistol grip?

apply heat or cold.
