Don't know the handguard, but this might help you out. SLR used to publish this on their site. This is for the adjustable, set screw version.
I can tell you that they are generally too wide at the base of the tower (see arrow, right side of this photo) to work with handguards that have interior top rail sidewalls that have a parallel internal width
Attached FileAn example rail drawing that probably won't work is this one from Daniel Defense. I installed an SLR 7 adjustable on a DD RIS II rail a few years ago and ultimately had to replace the rail with a different brand.
