Do I need to use a barrel vise when building an ar10 and which one is the best . Also how do you use one? Never used one on an ar 15

I have found that a tool like the Gessele reaction rod or the Brownells version of that same  tool to be far more effective than vise jaws for barrel nut,barrel, flash hider , etc....work.  If you can get one for the .308 barrel, I think you will be happier
