I'm looking at picking up a 16" barrel with the M4 profile.  It does not need to be chrome lined, I'm mainly looking for accuracy out of this build.  It needs to be threaded to accept a flash hider.  I want to stay under $250 (I'm trying to stretch every dollar, my wife and I are expecting our first child in August!!!).  I see RRA and Bushmaster have them for $235.  How is the accuracy out of these two?  Also, what other brands should I look at?
