I have kind of been ignoring the whole 6.8SPC rise over the last several months. But, after reading an article and a couple things on the web, it sounds like a pretty good concept. If I were to build an 6.9SPC rifle, is the upper receiver, barrel and magazine the only things I need to change from a standard AR? I can't seem to find a good answer anywhere. Thanks.
