Got my upper yesterday, with the excption of the front sight tower sticking thru the box everything was great. Perfect color match with my sporter lower.

my upper has a few more dings, scuffs, and scratches than i would have liked to have seen for something labeled as "brand new". i realize that these are 20+ yr old upper assemblies though. still a good deal. i would consider purchasing another if it looked as nice as yours.
oh, and my box was roughed up a little, but still intact. no prob there. |

great I was all set toget another. now I see its kind of a crap shoot to get a good one.
Maybe I will kick in another 5.00 for bubble wrap.
