Not sure if it's the least expensive, but I've had excellent service from RB Precision. They have a link in the Industry forum as well.

I see $399 for the 16 inch upper (I assume thats what you'd want for 3 gun?) currently at Midway only 5 left.
Midway sent me a promotion code this last week for $25 off a $250 purchase. I'm on their email list. I bought a DPMS Lo-pro 24'' in upper assembly in their February sale for $359 ($369) for shipping on backorder for a month. |
