I went to a friends house to get some help with installing a YHM free float rail on a Stag upper.  He has had lots of experience installing rails and barrels.  We started to take out the pins and they would not come out.

Apparently they are removed from right to left instead of left to right.  It was almost impossible to tell which end of the pin was larger before we started removing them.

Has anybody else had this happen to them?
