Actually, if a current AR has a 10 round fixed magazine, it can have any or all of the "evil" features. Say that word "evil" in your best Dr. Evil voice.
hasIf it has a removable magazine, it can NOT have ANY of the evil features. Thus, an AR with a removable magazine and NO pistol grip, thumbhole stock, collapsible stock, forward pistol grip, or flash hider is ok.
Once it is registered as an AW, as soon as the DOJ lists the off-list receiver in the Kasler list, then we can remove the fixed mag and keep or add any evil feature.
FABs and Vulcans will never be listed so they will always be fixed mag.
So basically Fixed with Evil = ok, or Detachable without Evil = ok. As if the Evil features makes it somehow more dangerous?
Hope this helps,
