if you are talking about only the FCG,  then yea, you can.  don't get caught owning it though unless you already have a full auto or DO NOT own an AR-15.  Most companies have policy that they will not sell a Full Auto FCG to a non FFL unless you send them a copy of a tax stamp.  (liabilty reasons).  

The full auto FCG won't do you anything special without a sear.  The sear is the part that is considered a machine gun by the BATFE.  legal sears are very expensive.
