I was wondering about vulcan uppers if the are any good just need some feed back

Well they are made by Vulcan...





I am sure some nice gentlemen will be along shortly to extort the virtues of Vulcan.

I have a carbon upper & lower that has manny,manny rounds throu it around there are considered junk i am happy with mine (bought it before I joinde here I know better now) unless you are trying to get the lighest rifle you can build there are BETTER recevers out there for not much more

Vulcan used do be Hesse Arms, the reputation he built up under Hesse caused him to restructure and create a blank slate with "Vulcan Arms."  At least he tried to do that, but most people know. Seriously, uppers are not very expensive and you shouldn't shortcut yourself with a Vulcan.  A complete CMT flattop upper, T-marked is $90 from various sources all on these boards.  You're getting a USGI part for that.
