Heat loosens loctite. Can you apply some flame to that part? Maybe even with a lighter? Then tap on it, that should do it.

What were you loctite-ing there anyway? The buffer extension tube?

After you get if off.  Get one of these carbine stock wrenches.  There made by Tony's Custom Uppers out of Ohio.  I got mine at the Nations GunShow in Chantilly VA for about $10.00  You will never need LocTite nor staking again.

Cool.  I'm all the way down here in FL so that's safe (for me). Use gloves though

I'm not sure about the heat idea but it can't hurt.  However, I'd try the oven rather than a lighter bro.

Use mitts though .
