If your lazy and do not like to clean your guns get a chrome one. I'd rather save the money to buy more mags & ammo. IMHO

The conventional wisdom says chrome lined are easier to clean, more corrosion resistant, and, if it has a chrome lined chamber, somewhat less prone to feeding and/or extraction problems. On the other hand, they're more expensive and are said to be somewhat less accurate.

i never went out and got a barrel because it was chromelined but i got one at gun stock a dpms 1-9 m4 chromelined for $185....figgered it was a ok deal and didnt even notice it was chromed untill after i got it.. now i guess i dont have to clean my gun any more then normal
