Depends on what you're going to do with the weapon.

The NM sights can have finer adjustments, like 1/2" vice 1" per click or have a smaller rear aperture. Personally I don't see the use for them in a combat weapon. Half an inch at 100 yards isn't in relevant combat.

Since you're going with a removable handle I'll assume that you're going to remove it and hang an optic off the rail. My detachable carry handle hasn't been seen in five years.
