Pretty much everyone is offerring a preban version (A2 FS).  What are you looking for?

You can buy all that stuff NOW-------just wait till mid Sept to assemble all the parts into a whole rifle.

Looking at a carbine of the tactical flavor for the next build. Don't know if I'll go M4 or featherweight. There is a show coming up in a couple of weeks and I was thinking of picking up a kit.

As much as I try to make sense out of the "ban" it just seems like so much hokum. Here I was thinking about availability when it's just those pre-ban configs I've always shied away from.

If it wasn't reality, it would be funny.
