So I am def. going to build the lower and I already have the ultra convienent tools coming from Steve over at ADCO to take care of the lower, but on to the upper.  I had been planning on just buying a fully assembled RRA post ban CAR A4 upper but I am starting to wonder about just doing the whole thing myself.  I would still do the RRA parts but just assemble everything myself.  Now my question is, how many more (and what) tools will I be needing (i did read the NRA publication but I want the "real" builders suggestions) to do the upper build.  I also would like to know if it is "WORTH IT" or should I say was it worth it for YOU (if you build your upper) to build your upper?  Thanks again for all the help.

Read a few pages of this board and you'll know exactly what to purchase. The only thing I purchased that was already assembled was the bolt.
One piece of advice I'm qualified to give is this. DONT put the whole upper and lower together, oil it up for some range time and THEN notice the unopened can of anti-cease sitting on the work bench DOH!!!
