I just lost the gas tube roll pin during my attempt to assemble my new upper. I don't want to mail order another. My guess is that is is a standard size and a local industrial supply would stock them. Does 5/64 dia x 5/16 long sound like the right size?

Diameter is 5/64, length is 5/16.  Longer ones can be cut or grind to length.  I got a bunch from True Value at 7 cents each.

Found some at a industrial fastner company (17¢ each), they were 3/8 long easily ground down to 5/16.
