I installed a Rock River DCM Float Tube on my Bushamster last night.  It was quite a learning experience.  I managed to get through all of the barrel nut torqueing, gas tube indexing, front sight grinding, etc.  I didn't have any problems until the very end.  I was not able to get one of the taper pins in the front sight block to seat all of the way.  One pin drove in as expected.  The other pin is being a PITA.  Are these taper pins the same size?  The first one went in with some effort, it certainly wasn't loose.  The second one is just barely flush on the back side and is sticking out am 1/8" on the side I am trying to drive it in from.  Both pins took about the same force to remove originally.  Any thoughts?  Thanks.
