I have a RRA lower with an ACE fixed stock and am trying to set up a post ban m4 type rifle. What is the best upper that will match: RRA,Bushy, or how about a Knights? thanks

Why not stick with RRA?  Their uppers are cheaper than Bushmaster and Knights and seem to always (okay, maybe not always) be available from Pete @ Legal Transfers or Steve @ Adco Firearms.

Roger on that. That's really the only way you're going to get a full color match anyway[:D]
