Would a Surefire X200A hold up to the recoil of a shotgun?

Also, which Streamlight mount would be better:  The one that mounts on the mag extension, or the one that fits between the magazine and the magazine cap?

I use an X200 on my Mossberg 500 that lives in my Jeep with a Sidearmor mount. Check out www.sidearmor.com and click on shotgun mounts. This thing doesn't move around like the cheapo mag tube mounts.

I only plan on mounting an X-200, so I don't need the tri-rail mount.

The magazine cap mount doesn't look like it would slide off, but it looks fragile.  If it got bent inwards, wouldn't it block the fore end?

The magazine tube mount seems like it would be the exact opposite.

Please tell me more about each mount.

ETA:  The X-200 comes with a rail adapter of some sort.  What does it do?  Will it allow the X-200 the ability to mount on a USP?
