Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Viking Tac sling with a Magpul M93A2 stock

I am looking for a sling to use with a front rail side mount sling for a carbine with a Magpul M93A2 stock. The padded version of the Viking caught my eye, but due to it being mounted at the top of the stock, could that present a problem with the function of the Magpul? Anyone attempt this combo?

Am I better off with a Giles?

Have a MOUT single point, but am looking at extended carry options.
