I bought this Eotech XPS2 for a screaming deal. I bought it from a member with lots of feedback and as far as I am concerned it is real but I wanted to double check.  I took a look at the L3 website and their pdf on fakes and this seems to be GTG but I wanted consensus from the Hive.

Glass/Optics - Flat.. look identical to those on my 516
Overall Feel - Right weight.. right feel
Top piece of glass - check
Stickers under the optic - present and authentic looking.  

Check the pictures and let me know.  The only thing that is weird is that it has a cable securing the battery cover and not a 1 piece plastic device like I've seen in images online.

Yup, real.  The last one I bought had the wire lanyard.

Cool.  I think it may be a new thing.  The sticker on the bottom says it was made in April 2010

Its a fake I'll give ya 50 whole dollars for it.
