Sorry for the silly question but I'm new to tactical equipment and also on a budget.

If so does the factory Mako mount line up with the EOT?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated with budget in mind.

Yes, it will but you'll have a hard time finding a FTS (Flip To Side) mount for that magnifier.  The included mount will work but it is a fixed mount.
Take a look at the VMX3 magnifier as it's the only clone with good eye relief.

Dude save your money for something else. I tried 2 Mako's...3x and 4x. Neither had near the advertised magnification.
Returned both  & saving for an Eotech Mag. Ranier arms has a smoking deal on them & with the rebate its $409....yeah, alot more than Mako, but it will actually work!

Paying $400 for a magnifier is not something I ever plan on doing.
