Since the only CCB optics I own at this point are EoTec's with factory mounts I am only familiar with an absolute co witness. To the best of my understanding, this entails having the front and rear iron sight lined up somewhere in the center of the optic and with the reticle; when it's on. Now with a lower 1/3 co witness, the optic is sitting higher so the irons will be in the lower third of the optic glass. right?, If so, will the optics reticle appear lined up perfectly with your irons when using them at the same time or will the reticle be above the irons? Thanks.

I'm curious; why not? Are irons harder to use with a lower 1/3 co witness?
