I don't know alot about the ar15 so my question is what is the MOA on the windage & elevation knobs, 1/8,1/4,1/2 does anyone know?

I know what MOA means what I wanted to know was one click on the elevation knob represents how much of one Minute Of Angle. One eighth of one  MOA or  1/4 of one MOA how much.?
