I was looking at the third one down for my RRA Entry with the EOTech that I won in the member drawing....

why? the eotech will mount directly to the flattop with no problems

I wanted to mount it further forward for feild of view and a little higher.

I've never seen a 'standard' riser that would allow cowitness.  Risers that raise the EO Tech just enough so you can still use the irons are specialty made items (LaRue, YHM, and RRA).  Personally I'd suggest getting the LaRue mount instead and just use the most forward mounting position.
