Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ITT NQ-160 Gen 3 NV monocular...Any good?

For whatever reason it is quite a bit cheaper....I have looked through a friends Litton PVS-7 grade B goggles....how would the NQ-160 compare?  I am just curious as to why it is so much cheaper...is it not as well made?  Durable?  Any help on the subject would be appreciated.  Thank you.  Either way, I am looking to pick up a Gen 3 NVD, so if you all have someone to point me to, that would be great as well.
