I am currently running an ARMS #19S w/ ARMS #40 for a TA01.  Would I still be able to use my #40 with the Larue and how far back can the mount be positioned?

When my roommate did this the Larue mount wound up one notch further forward than the 19S. It does not mate up with the Arms 40 as well as the 19S. Out of curiosity, why do you want to change from the 19S

It works fine I have a TA31 on a LaRue ACOG mount with a ARMS #40 BUIS, and it clears it just fine.  Sorry, don't have any updated pics.

Thanks.  I like it more now that doesn't have the blast enhancer in that picture.  Are you planning a .308 build?

No reason, I like my 19S.  I'm thinking of buying a TA31 and since my TA01 is already glued to the 19S via loctite, a new mount would be necessary for the 31.  Just pondering if it would be worth making the switch or to go with another 19S.
