Right now im looking at getting an Aimpoint of some sort (as soon as I figure out the difference between all the models..) but what I'm looking for is a way to mount it LOW over my carry handle. Kind of like the leapers 4x carry handle scope. Is there any mounting hardware that allows the scope to sit very low so i can attach it to a carry handle mount? (Or an i going to have to buy two things and tack them together? hat

Look at an A.R.M.S. #16A mount. It attaches to the carry handle just like a #2 but has the 30mm ring already attached. This mount was made for an Aimpoint. I have not seen any way to get an Aimpoint lower than this. I just sold one on EE otherwise I would try to get you a picture.

It sits much lower than what you saw in BHD...it eliminates the need for a seperate mount and ring.
