No company is perfect, and will occasionally put out a bad product. Rest assured they will make it right though. Wouldn't suprise me if they covered everything for you.

So you have a problem, the manufacturer is taking care of it, and you're still pissed?
Did you ask them to issue a call tag for the defective part?
