Anyone using the leatherwood type scope mount ( extended to brace on barrel as well as handle)on an A2 handle sight have any opinions about its design and function.  It seems to be good and should be great for larger scopes.  I'm in the market  for a mount and need some feedback. Thanks

They work fine but you really should bed them to the carry handle and not get into a habit of taking it on and off.

It's best asset is that it will allow you to mount the scope a little further forward than other similar mounts, a draw back is that they are made out of a pretty soft metal.
