How would you go about mounting a regular scope, e.g. the 3-9x bushnell i am considerring, on a flat top with a fixed fron sight?  I'd like to be able to use the irons.  i don't care about height, cause then i would have an excuse to buy the delta cheek rest, and then i'd have to buy an a2 stock for that, then i'd have to buy an a2 to go with it!!!!!

you get my drift.  i am keen on the tri-rails, cause then i can put my extra red dot scope on the side and use those as a back-up.
