They are a low price scope, similar to Tasco and the cheap Bushnells. They are probably made in various chinese factories depending on who the contract at that particular time is with. You might get a good one, but I would say on average you are more likely to have problems with the scope keeping zero and having clicks that do not vary in distance than on some better quality scopes. Probably not worth it unless you are on a tight budget, I would guess.
