Just picked up a TA31F at the fun show today for $699.  No box and no hex bolt and washer for the carry handle, but there is not a scratch on it.  Even came with a tenebrax lens cover.  Can't wait to get it mounted to see what I can do with it.

Thats about right anymore.  They only want $15 for them. I know I could find the same bolt and washer up to the hardware.  But, I guess they have to make money too.
